Some models come with fog lights as standard fare, but if your vehicle doesn't have this option they are easy to add on! Once installed they will work just like a Chevrolet model with fog lamps added directly from the factory. Benefits of Fog Lights

Here in Salem, inclement weather can happen at any point in the year, and we have lots of rain that seems to come out of nowhere. While your headlights and highbeams can cut through some of the haze in front of you during a storm, the lights also reflect off of fog or heavy rain and can still make it difficult to see. Fog lights are mounted lower and at a downward angle to illuminate the pathway ahead without creating a blinding reflection off the fog or rain. Not only that, but fog lamps are typically more biased towards yellow light because light on the blue end of the spectrum produces more of a glare. Ensuring that your fog lamps are mounted correctly to your vehicle is crucial to see the results. If your fog lights are not installed correctly you might still get all the glaring lights off of the reflections, and that won't do you any good while driving. But when the fog lamps are installed correctly, you'll be able to see better in inclement weather.
