Before I made the appointment, I asked if it was the last of my 6 tire rotations that I paid for when I bought my car. I was told yes. When I checked out, they tried to charge me. I told them it was verified that this was the last of the ones I paid for when I made the appointment. She asked who I had talked to when I made the appointment. I told her she should already have that in her system and asked to speak to the manager. She then said I didn't need to pay. When I got in my car to leave, 1 of my tires was 4 lbs low on air. I had to go somewhere to get that tire filled.

Great experience. Lucy and all of the other people on the sales team were great to work with. Will recommend to others.

Was fairly quick oil chsnge

Johnny was great! Although I didn’t get to look at my first choice, (someone got there right before me and wanted to look at the jeep I wanted. I guess it’s first come first serve) so I didn’t get to look at the jeep but I did get to see my second choice which was the Chevy! It didn’t take very long to decide that I did want the Chevy. Johnny was handling 10 things at once, he kept apologizing but I’m a pretty chill person so I wasn’t bothered. At the end of the day, he got the job done!
